What is your return policy?

  • First & Marley does not issue refunds. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer store credit or a merchandise exchange as long as the returned item is unworn, unwashed, and the hangtag is still attached.
  • Any damages or defects must be reported within 2 days of arrival to info@FirstandMarley.com.
  • Returned items must be shipped back within 24 hours of First & Marley's response to the report.
  • Store credit remains valid for 1 year from date of issue. After that date, store credit is forfeited.
  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you credit or exchange. 
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
  • Sale items are final sale.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@FirstandMarley.com to make sure it is still available.

  • Customer is responsible for paying own shipping costs to return item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

What is your order cancellation policy?

  • Orders may be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Email info@FirstandMarley.com with your order number.

When will my order ship?

  • Orders ship within 3-5 days of being placed. If your order will ship later than that, you will receive an email telling you when it will be shipped.

What are your shipping rates?

For US Orders:

  • $4.95 standard shipping for all orders under $50
  • Free standard shipping for all orders over $50

For International Orders:

  • $7.95 standard shipping for all orders under $75
  • Free standard shipping for all orders over $75
